The public ticket #1949918 being closed, I open a new one because I have exactly the same problem and does not seem to be the only one in view of the comments in the public ticket #1949918.
All cancellation notifications have a wrong date: 2 days before the reserved date. Except for cancellations the same day, so done manually by the employee.
This concerns both employee notification and customers.
Yes there is an issue on our side with that date in cancellation notifications and it is forward to my development team to investigate and it will be fixed for next update which will be very soon.
