Regarding Appointment Status: We will be placing all bookings as "Pending" Could you confirm that the Amelia plugin does not autocomplete the orders until status has been set to approved? If not is there a solution where we can have final approval of payments?

Thank you for your purchase.
If you set the default appointment status to "Pending" in general settings, it will not be approved until you manually approve all appointments.

Just confirming that payments will not be processed by paypal or stripe until the status has been changed to "approved"

Ah, sorry for misunderstanding - that's a whole different process.
Unfortunately, payment is being processed when they complete the booking - doesn't matter if you set the appointment status as "pending" or "approved" by default.
If, by any chance, you need to refund the payment - you have to do that "manually" - it cannot be done through our plugin.
