We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

We're looking at using Amelia to automate our bookings for our Dog Park. We run sessions for different sizes of dog at the same time each week (at the moment Sat & Sun). We have a maximum capacity of 20 per session.

Can Amelia let customers book onto our scheduled sessions and limit the number of customers able to book a specific session?

    Hi Joseph Geddes,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

We have the option to set minimum and maximum capacity for each service and allow group bookings but limit the number of customers that can book one session. As for the sessions, I am not sure whether you need something like events create or you just have service that lasts always the same. If the second is the case you can create that service (or multiple services) add a duration and a price (if the service/session has the price) and your customers will see the available dates and time slots for booking (each time slot will have the capacity that you set for the service).

Our plugin needs at least one service and one employee so it can function properly. If you just have one service (one type of the session) and you don't have employees you can just create one of both and connect it but your customers will not see service and employee selection on the front-end booking form (since there are no multiple of them) and they will just see the option to select the date and time. Also, since services are group if you set 20 as maximum capacity they will see the option Bringing anyone with you, but you can hide this option.

If on the other hand, you need something like event booking, we are currently working on this feature and it will be released very soon.

You can try our plugin on our demo site here to see all the options that we have.

    Best regards.
