Issues like this usually occur when there's a conflict with the theme or another plugin installed on your page.

Can you, please, try changing the theme and reload the page again. If the issue is not resolved, please deactivate all other plugins except for Amelia and refresh the page. If the issue is resolved, start activating the plugins one by one, and after each one refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurs. Once it does - you will have found the plugin causing the conflict.

So, can you please share the page where the booking form is, with the Boss theme applied. Also, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
