We are offering your plugin to a client. On the moment there are 3 employees registered, but we cannot add a service because of the reason that we cannot select an employee from the list in "Add service". It says: "No data"
Extra note: All the services that existed are gone.
Did you have any previuous experience with this kind of behaviour and if you not have a solution, how can we erase Amelia (in total) from the Wordpress Install so the client can start with a fresh install?
We understand. Your service are not gone, probably it is thrown some error from server that prevent rendering service on page. To investigate this please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens and also PHPMyADMIN credentials for your database, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
This can happened when customers use servers with database where foreign keys are not allowed, or queries that make foreign keys from plugin or themes are not allowed. This will not happen again because they are creating only once(should be created when you first time activate plugin- because then are created all tables in database) Now they are created and you don't need to worry about it anymore.
