With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.

How are clients able to cancel their appointments? There was only a very brief explantation in one of your videos. But it didn't explain it.

Also in the payment section, when asking for credit card details it asks for a 'ZIP' I assume that is an American term for a postal number. Is there a way to change it to Postal Code or 'Eircode' as it is named here in Ireland? The label 'ZIP' will through people off.

Thank you for your purchase.
There is a two ways how they can cancel appointments.
First one is that you can set placeholder %appointment_cancel_url% in Customer notification template. Like this when they book appointment they will get notification mail with this cancel URL, and they will be able to cancel that appointment by clicking on that link.
Second one is that they can cancel appointment when they are logged in to your website as Amelia Customer. They will be able to do that if you turn on option Automatically create Amelia Customer user in Roles settings for Customer. Like this when they make booking it will be created WordPress user for them, and they will be able to log in and check their appointments.

Unfortunately that is not possible because that is rendered form stripe library that we are using for this payment system.

I figured it all out! The only question I have now is how a customer with a customer account reschedules their appointment when they are logged in. I only see the option to 'cancel'.

As you can find detail instruction about Reschedule the appointment on the Calendar page on link that we send you in previous post:
Reschedule option is not enabled by default and if you want to allow your customers to reschedule their appointments, first you need to go to the Roles Settings and enable the option “Allow customers to reschedule their own appointments”. After you do this your customers will be able to reschedule their appointment on their Calendar page on two ways:
