I have set up automatic approval (see screenshot below). However when we have tried a test booking it ends up needing confirmation/pending instead of being approved. Can you tell me know to fix this?
Honestly, I don't know what's going on here, since if you set it to be Approved automatically, it should stay like that.
With that in mind, can you please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Your services have minimum and maximum capacities defined:
And, under appointment settings you enabled the option to be able to book even if below minimum capacity:
This means that customers will be able to book an appointment, but since it is below minimum capacity, someone needs to authorize it. You can either turn off this option, so every appointment has 10 people per default, and that will automatically approve the appointment; or you can reduce the minimum capacity to "1", and again - it will automatically approve the appointment.
