We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    We are setting up a clinic with several medical consultations, each with your doctor or doctors, which offer various services.

    We would like both potential patients of the clinic who are looking for a particular service, as well as medical centers and pharmacies associated with our clinic can book an appointment. 

    In addition, medical centers and pharmacies should have their own control panel to manage (change, delete, add...) the appointments of patients who have been managed by them.

    Hi Miguel,

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    In our plugin we have the option for creating employees. Each employee can have Amelia employee user role and with it they can access the back-end, and see, edit and delete only their appointments. Each employee can also edit his profile, working hours, days off and special days, but at the moment they cannot edit assigned services (we plan to add this option as well). Beside employee, we have also Manager and Admin role, more about our user roles you can read here.
