We found that Search, Clear filters, and some other strings are being disregarded for some reason through the translation files. This issue is being investigated and pursued, so it should be fixed in one of our next updates.

In order to translate them, you need to find all these in this file: 

/wpdt-2.4/wp-content/plugins/wpdatatables/source/class.wpdatatable.php 

"Search" is found around line 3335:

$obj->dataTableParams->oLanguage->sSearchPlaceholder = __('Search table', 'wpdatatables');

So you need to change the 'Search table' to whatever you want.

"Clear Filters", at line 3154:

array(
      'text' => __('Clear filters', 'wpdatatables'),
       'className' => 'wdt-clear-filters-button DTTT_button DTTT_button_clear_filters'
);
