We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

i am really disappointed.
I opened a ticket #1755720 almost 5 months ago with a bug, and the bug is still not fixed.
Further more, my support expired and now prices are an absolute joke on themeforest to expand just the support.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but we still haven't been able to find a stable solution. There are a lot of settings and different options in charts.js that needs to be checked when implementing the solution, so fixing this bug could result in some other chart engine feature to malfunction. That's why it's not implemented yet, because of general stability of the chart engine. We're also aware that a checkbox may need to be added.
I am sorry, but for now, you still have to use the workaround my colleague provided in the other ticket.
As for the pricing on Envato marketplace - we decided to take our products away from Envato and start selling directly, e.g. through wpDataTables.com – but we want our existing customers to be able to access the updates and the product downloads, so instead of removing the product from here we set a high price instead. We continue providing the updates through CodeCanyon, that’s exactly why we didn’t remove the account here, but just set a high price, so that new purchases wouldn’t come through here, but existing customers could access their lifetime updates. So no need to worry, you will have the product up to date at all times without having to pay more.
If you wish to extend your support up to a year, instead of only 6 months, you can switch to our yearly subscription plan on our website. If you have any further questions about this, I'll be more than happy to answer them.
