    Hello
    I have recently bought a basic subscription of Amelia for $59 per yr.
    If today i wanted to upgrade to Pro or developer, how does it work.

    If i wanted to upgrade today to Pro would i pay $109 for the transaction or would i pay less than that?

    We didn't make the upgrade process yet. At the moment if you want to upgrade to Pro or Developer license you need to purchase that license and after that we will refund you the basic license.

    Once you purchase the Pro license contact me here and send me your email, so we can find you and refund you the basic license. You can also submit the refund and write there about our conversation and that you are upgrading your license and I will contact our team so that they can expect you and refund you the money for Basic license right away.

    Thank you for purchasing our Pro license and sending us the screenshots. I have forwarded your email to our team, and they already processed the refund (maybe you will not get it right away because it usually takes some time before Paddle process it).

    As for the set-up, the existing set-up will be saved, you will not lose anything.

    My subscription for Amelia auto-renewed and i did not want to auto-renew. I did have notifications to make me aware of the renewal date, however i misunderstood. Can I please get a refund?
