Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: Our team will be out of the office on Monday, November 11th in observance of Armistice Day, but don’t worry—we'll be back in full swing on Tuesday, November 12th.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards,
TMS
Hello,
I have added a custom field, more precisely a checkbox field and I would like to know if it would by possible to have it ticked by default.
The current behavior is the checkbox being unticked by default.
Thank You
Hi Flo,
Thank you for your purchase.
Sorry for late response.
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
Unfortunately, that is not possible with built in features. What yo can do is to set this custom field as required and like that your customers will be forced to check this field.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

OK Thank You.
The solution you mention is unfortunately not possible in my case as I would like to leave the possibility to the cutomers to uncheck it.
I understand it is not possible with built in features.
Would that be possible to add a specific Javascript Code to have the checkbox ticked automatically though?
Hi Flo,
Yes you can use hooks like beforeConfirmBookingLoaded that will be triggered when your customers click on Continue button after pick the time slot. You have to find CSS selector for that checkbox label and then to replace it in code below with selector_to_the_label_of_the_checkbox_filed.
Please insert this script on page where you insert Amelia shortcode.
How you can find that selector in Inspect element of the browser (checkbox label in our case)you can check on this video.
Best regards.

Isidora Markovic
