The client booked an appointment but did not receive an e-mail confirmation. I don't have any problems with other bookings, only with this one. What could be a possible issue? Are there any bugs known that might affect this? (I know there is a bug with the 'minimal time required for cancellation appointment' setting, but this only affects the start time info in the cancellation confirmation e-mail).
Moreover:
- Is there a way that I can see what time and by whom (manually by Amelia Manager or via the front-end by the client) an appointment is booked?
- Can i check in any log if the plugin did try to send an e-mail?
The fix for the 'minimal time required for cancellation appointment' will be included in the next update of the plugin which I hope it will be released next week.
- Is there a way that I can see what time and by whom (manually by Amelia Manager or via the front-end by the client) an appointment is booked?
Unfortunately something like this is not possible to achieve with the plugin built in features at the moment.
Can you please tell me is the email sent to the employee when that customer book and appointment?
When the customer booked that appointment no e-mail was sent, not to the customer and not to the employee. Both settings were turned on so I would have expected the plugin to fire off these e-mails. Where can I see where that goes wrong? Now I do not have a clue.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also please let me know if I can make a fake customer and employee to test this out.
