I am having some issues with configuring my bookings, which are infringing upon business.
If I disable the option “Use service duration for booking a time slot” under “General Settings”, my customers appear to be able to double-book reserved time slots for services that exceed 1 hour.
For example, I have a 2 Hour Reservation for Lane 1 to 5. If Lane 3 is booked from 5pm to 7pm, the option still exists for Lane 2 to be booked from 6pm to 8pm.
When I enable the option “Use service duration for booking a time slot”, it resolves the above problem. However, it eliminates the ability to book in 30 minute increments.
For example, instead of seeing an option to book at 5pm, 5:30pm, 6pm, 6:30pm, etc. – the option then becomes 5pm or 6pm.
How can I resolve this problem so I still get 30 minute steps and block the ability to double book a service?
