I want all emails sent to employees to go to one central email address, rather than individual ones for each. However, when I try to do this, it tells me that they have to be different. Is there a way around this?
So you would need to add the numbers before @, like shown above, so the plugin will see them as different e-mail addresses, but all e-mails will be sent to the first one ([email protected] in the example).
Is there a reason for this? It seems like quite a basic request. It's going to cause a bit of a problem for us using the plugin if we can't have the emails sent to the booking email.
You can add the corporate e-mail address ([email protected]) to the last field in Notification settings (see attachment), so all e-mails are being sent to this e-mail address.
You can add a fake gmail e-mail address and add it to the employees, so the plugin thinks it's sending an e-mail to an actual address, but since you add employee+1, employee+2, etc. all e-mails will go to your corporate e-mail address, and the plugin won't complain about this anymore.

Hello Richard.
Thank you for your purchase.
This can only be achieved if you're using gmail or outlook.
You can create e-mails like this:
[email protected]
[email protected]
[email protected]
and so on.
So you would need to add the numbers before @, like shown above, so the plugin will see them as different e-mail addresses, but all e-mails will be sent to the first one ([email protected] in the example).
I hope this helps.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,

Hi Aleksandar
So I can’t have it be [email protected] for example? It would have to be an outlook or hotmail address?
Hello again Richard.
We haven't tried using a third mailing system, like Yahoo, but using corporate e-mails won't work in this case. It has to be either Outlook, or Gmail.
Best regards.
