In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

    My client currently uses a WordPress plugin that is horrible. However, it has two features that are hard to come by. Can yours do:

    • They want the time slots for the venue to be in 1 hour increments. And the client can choose just how many time slots they need for there event.
    • Can I make someone pay a $250 deposit when they checkout
    • Any way to add extras to the checkout such as chairs or tables?

    Hi Thomas,

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    1. We have the option to set time slots in 1 hour increments, however at the moment, we don't have the option for client to choose how many time slots he wants to book. At the moment there are two workarounds for this, you can either create different services with different duration so the client will choose a duration when he chooses a service, or you can add one basic service and create service extras with different durations so the client can choose whether he wants extra service.

    2. We don't have deposit payments, but you can require payment for the service during the booking or everything on-site.

    3. We have extras option for the services as I have described above. It can be used as extra service or extra product. We also have the custom fields option so you can add additional fields to the booking form if you need client just to enter the number of chairs or tables but custom fields doesn't affect the total price and extras can affect the price.
