We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I create a table and put it in a page but when I open de page without my credentials (private browser or other computer) The page ask me about the user and the password. If I don't write any and clic "Cancel" the pop-up show me the message attached.
Thanks in advance
Hi again,
I have more news, the problem isn't with the wordpress user is because I have protected the folder wp-admin with a user and pass.
It's possible to change the call to wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=get_wdtable&table_id=1?
Thanks
Hello Santiago.
Thank you for your purchase.
These issues usually occur when mod_security is enabled, or there's a security or membership plugin blocking the admin-ajax call to be completed when non-logged-in users try to see the table.
It is not possible to change the admin-ajax call, and you'll have to troubleshoot the security/membership roles, accessibility and rules. We've had these issues reported to us, and they were all successfully resolved by white-listing wpDataTables (reaching out to the security plugin's team, and asking them to do it), or adding some role rules to those plugins.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
