I am looking for a booking system where users book residential courses that typically will run for 12 weeks with a single start date. So user will be able to view a calendar with course duration highlighted where they can click to book and are taken through a process where ultimately they will confirm the booking with their details, then pay. I would need a list of payment gateways supported. Does the plugin require Woocommerce or any other plugins to work ? Is support available if I get stuck ? Can users be prevented from booking when course is full ? And is there a demo with something close to this functionality I can see in action? Thank you
Something like this is not possible with our plugin at the moment since we don't support multi-days booking and services cannot last more than one day. However we certainly plan to work on this feature in the future. In the meantime we are developing the Event booking feature where you will be able to create this course as one event and create all dates in that event on which the course will be held. In that way your clients would see this event/course on the list and will see the dates and times when it is but they will not see the calendar like it is now in our plugin (it will be a totally new booking form with events on the list).
As for your other questions:
1. The plugin doesn't require WooCommerce, it can be used without it, the integration with WooCommerce is made so our users can use their various payment gateways. Without it, you can use on-site, PayPal and Stripe payment methods.
2. Yes, once you purchase the plugin you get our technical support and you can ask us anything, our support managers will be glad to help.
3. Yes, we will have option to set capacity and once the capacity is reached the event will be close for further booking.
4. We don't have demo for events yet.
At the moment you could create this course as a service in our plugin but you can only set it for one day like a start date. If you are interested I can inform you once we release the version with Event booking so you can try it?
