We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I´m looking really forward to buy Amelia, as it looks very impressive and easy to use, but I have a very important questions before the purchase:
- Is there any chance that the buyer can pick services from several times and days ?
I´m building a new Homepage for a DiveCenter, and the costumer should be able to pick different dives per day or even different days, for example: 14/06/2019 10:30h and 12:30h Dive or 14/06/2019 and 16/06/2019 10:30h Dives.
In each Demo I saw there is just the possilibity to pick one service in a specific hour and than pay for it.

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
Unfortunately this is not possible with our plugin at the moment. Like you saw in our demos currently users can select only one service and choose only one of the free time slots. We certainly plan to work on new features and booking multiple time slots will be one of them, but I must say that before this feature we have some more requested features on our list.
