Hi... After appointment is booked system sends email to customer "...appointment scheduled for ...is waiting for a confirmation" I believe in this case appointment is pending and has to be confirmed by employee.
Just need to skip this part and after appointment is booked client gets only email that appointment has been booked.
Do I need just uncheck (under notification) Appointment Pending option? Thanks
Can you please tell me what settings are set in the Amelia Settings-> General settings Default Appointment Status:
Is it set to approved ( attachment)
If it is set to approved , when customers book and appointment it will be automatically approved and he will receive the email that the appointment is approved and booked.
Is there any chance to book appointment without confirmation?

In the Amelia settings->General settings at the bottom you will find Redirect URL After Appointment:
( attachment )
there you can set the page that you want.
