When a client wants to take an appointement, it goes well to choose an employee then through the calendar but when it is needed that he puts his informations ( name, email,...) it s already full with the informations that i used to test the first time and i cannot find where to free the Space

This is happening because your client is logged in in a WordPress with that information.
If you are logged in to the WordPress , information like user name, email etc will be automatically populated.
