You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hello Team,
I want Amelia Employees to edit their service prices from their profile. Employees can mange everything from their profile but not payment and services. However, admin can do this. I want to give options to Amelia Employees also. I tried finding in code, but helpless. Can you please guide me on this

Yes, I want 'Assigned Services' tab in Amelia Employees profile if they are logged in as 'Amelia Employee'.

Unfortunately Amelia Employee can not see the Assigned services tab, but if it is possible for you , you can assign the Amelia Manager role to employee, and he/she will be able to see Assigned service.
If you want to change an employee’s role to Manager, you can do so on the “Users” page of the WordPress admin panel. Just find the employee you wish to change, click “Edit”, and under the “Role” option choose the “Amelia Manager” role.

Is there any option for employees and customers to manage their appointments, services in front end if they are assigned Amelia Employee and AMelia Customer roles respectively? They can manage it via back-end with their roles but I want to do it via front-end.

The next major feature will be the Front end booking cabinet for customers where the use case described below will be possible.
But at the moment the only approach is from the backend.
