Hello, I tried everything to try to make a column editable with 'modification of a line', in the tab 'Edit' and 'type of entry of the editor', but all options are disabled except: 'Box Single Value Selection '. I am surprised, because I realized a completely similar WPdatatable table which comes from the same database and for which the input type 'modification of a line' can be activated. Can you help me ? Regards.

    Hello spounch.

The editor input type has only "Single value selectbox" enabled only when Foreign Key is being used in a column. Can you tell me if that is the case?

Also, have you purchased the plugin, or are you using the Lite version or our sandbox?

    Best regards.

    Kind Regards,

Thank you for your quick reply. Yes I bought the Plugin, and that's what I use for my tables. My tables do not have foreign keys directly in the database. But a main key. But I use a WPdatatables foreign key by activating 'Use values from another WPdatatables' from the 'DATA' tab of the column. Moreover, I have a table that has exactly the same configuration and that allows me to activate the choice of 'Selection of unique value'

    Hi again spounch.

Since you purchased the plugin, can you please open a new ticket under wpDataTables category?

This category is reserved for pre-purchase questions. Issues and questions which are related to different subjects or categories will be in different tickets so other customers or our support agents can find it easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that are described already.

Would you be able to provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue? We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.

If you can provide me with remote access, please open a private ticket, so you can write the credentials there and they won't be visible to anyone except for us.

Also, please make sure to tell me what are those tables' IDs, so I know where to look.

    Best regards.

    Kind Regards,
