Hello Does the plugin support Ukrainian or at least Russian?
Hi Vasyl,
Unfortunately we don't have Ukrainian or Russian language at the moment. However, we have all strings in PO and MO files so the plugin can be translated using Poedit, Loco Translate or some other third party translation plugin very easily.
Best regards.
Thank you, tell me whether the plugin gives you the ability to register users and view the history of their bookings
Hi Vasyl,
Each customer after the booking gets created profile on the back-end, and on the Customers page you can see the total number of scheduled appointments for each customer and when was the last one. On the other hand on the appointments page, you can filter the page by each customer and see all appointments but just for the period that you choose in the date picker.
Also, you can choose whether you want to create Amelia customer users and if you do this each customer will be able to login to its back-end where they can see only their appointments on the Appointments page and Calendar page. You can choose to add this user role manually for each customer or automatically once they book the appointment. Of course customers will not be able to see other back-end pages of Amelia or WordPress panel.
Best regards.
Fine
Is it possible to book for several time intervals? http://prntscr.com/nojtfe
Hi Vasyl,
No, unfortunately this is not possible at the moment. If you want to allow your customers to choose the service duration you can create service with some general duration and then create extras for that service that would be extra duration, so the customer can choose whether you want to have longer service and if he chooses extras the available time slots will change.
Best regards.
