We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Is it possible to set up 2 way Google Agena synchronization with Amelia in the sense that you can add new appointments in your Google Agenda with all the details (customer, date, time, service, etc) which are then reflecting in the Amelia calendar? In other words, a booking agent can then manually only keep track of his/her Google Agenda?
This is a very important feature for me.
Thanks a lot.
Kind regards,
Stijn Wouters
Hi Stijn,
Thank you for your purchase.
Sorry to disappoint you but unfortunately the appointments from the Google can not be shown in the Amelia calendar at the moment.
The sync that is working now is that if you make an Event in the Google calendar and set it as busy, that time slot will not be possible to book in the Amelia plugin.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Hello,
Can I cancel or change the date/time of an appointment (made in Amelia) in my Google Agenda such that the original time slot becomes available again in Amelia? For example, a client books an appointment on June 1st on 10 am. This appointment is synchronized to Google. In Google I cancel this appointment by removing it from the calendar. Will this timeslot become available again for other clients in the Amelia environment?
Thank you!
Regards,
Stijn
Hi Stijn,
In Google I cancel this appointment by removing it from the calendar. Will this timeslot become available again for other clients in the Amelia environment?
It will become available but not automatically, you will need manually to change the status of the appointment in Amelia.
But if you Cancel or delete the appointment from Amelia, that will be automatically updated in the Google calendar.
Best regards.
