We are looking for a booking system that will book our in-person courses. We LOVE the look and functionality of Amelia, but it seems the longest "session" is 23h 30 min... Some of our classes are 5 days in length. Is it possible for Amelia to be used for 1 - 5 day classes?
Yes, at moment the longest session can be 23 hours and 55 minutes. However, we are currently working on the event booking feature where it will be possible to create events that lasts multiple days, and this will be usable for courses as well. The events will have different booking forms where all events/classes will be shown in the list. If you are interested I could inform you after we release the event booking feature?

I am glad to hear that you like it. We will add more options to the Events, but this is the first basic version for now.
If Authorize.net is supported by WooCommerce then yes, you can use it since we have integration with WooCommerce. To be able to use this, you need to install WooCommerce and WooCommerce payment addon for Authorize.net. More about our WooCommerce integration you can read here.
