I tried with differents existing wordpress users, name, email, user id ... It doesn't work. Do you have a solution ?

You can create a new administrator user in your WordPress dashboard with my email and then send me here the password so I can login to your site.

Ok I run a couple of tests to see what may be the issue.
As I can see for the Alex, he is already an Amelia Employee
As for the [email protected] he have a teacher role. if you change his role to Amelia employee does he appears in the select box. (attachment)
