The first thing I see is that you've created the table by linking to an Excel file, and from our documentation, you can see that these tables are not editable. So, in order to change the content in those cells, you would either need to modify this Excel file: https://hub.medicmasters.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/URL-link-demos3.xlsx or create a manual table, or import that Excel file, so it is editable.

Editable tables can contain any link, so the only thing holding you back here is the way you created the table.
