Hi
I’ve set up the option in settings for customers to be able to change their own appointments but it seems very long winded for them to have to sign up to Wordpress. Is there an easier way? Can this be included in their original appointment confirmation approval email? It just seems like too much work for them to have to do it this way and for a second email to be sent about changing appointment if they want to amend or cancel. Surely they’re an easier solution?
Many thanks
Vinny
Hi Vinny,
Thank you for your purchase.
You can pass email placeholder %appointment_cancel_url% in email notification and customers will be able to cancel appointment from email. For reschedule their own appointments they have to log in. It is not possible to achieve this with some link from email like cancellation.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic
