I have 4 locations entered into amelia but no option to select location comes up during scheduling process. Goes straight from 'Select Service" to select date. Your tutorial videos show a selection box/drop down for location directly beneath Select Service but it is not showing up. Clients must be able to select location before selecting date. Video says that this must be activated but it does not show where or how.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also point me to the page where you have this issue so I can take a look.
Can you please send me the link where you have a booking form so I can take a look.

As for the notifications can you please follow this guide to set the properly, also check with your hosting provider to see if the cron job is running.
3.
When you go in Amelia Settings-> Google calendar settings you can add Event description ( attachment 1) where you can enter the placeholders that will display the customer name, phone etc.
4.
Here is the guide where you can see how you can enable the payments system to your appointments.
Unfortunately it is not possible to add more locations to one employee. There is a workaround where you can make three different employees () with same emails(you can use same email by adding numbers for example if your client email address is [email protected] you can make more employees with same email adding numbers like [email protected],[email protected]... )
And then you can use ameliabooking shortcode and on front-end you can hide with CSS dropdawn with Employees and it will be shown just Location dropdawn like you requested.
You can use this CSS rule on the page between style tags where you will hide Employee dropdawn:

Additional Info: My wordpress is using something called block and the Amelia icon does not show on the screen.

HI Neil,
Sorry for late response, but we are not working on weekends.
Unfortunately telephone support is something that we do not have .
1.
If you are using gmail or outlook then you can set this :
example:
Employee 1 have an email address [email protected]
Employee 2 have an email address [email protected]
Employee 3 have an email address [email protected]

This feature will be developed in the next updates of the plugin.
