    Hello, 
    Can you assist with addressing the issues below?

    1) I am having some issues with my scale. For example, when generating charts. My scale seems to be 50 for every block, rather than a typical 1,2,3 etc. number count.

    2) I am interested in generating a chart to show the data within the last 30 days of the system date. How can I do this? Is there a specific SQL code or so you can assist with?

    3) I am interested in customising the form design. For example, instead of having First Name and Last Name in a two column one line design. I am interested in having First Name, Middle Name and Last Name as three separate one line columns. 

    4) When trying to edit a row/data set, I keep receiving an error which states the following: 'Error! There was an error trying to insert a new row! Error: Duplicate entry '400' for key 'wdt_ID'. ''

    Thank you for your purchase.

    Sorry for the late response. Wednesday and Thursday were non-working days in our country.

    1) I would have to take a look at either the chart, or the page, or back-end to be able to help you with this, if it can be fixed.

    2) The chart can follow table filtering, so you would need to display only the last 30 days in the table first. Again, I'd like to take a look at the table to be able to tell you something more about this.

    3) I didn't quite understand this. What form are you referring to?

    4) There's probably the duplicate entry in the database. Do you have C-Panel access to take a look at that table in PHPMyAdmin?

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
