An employee's location seems to be limited to one location.  I would prefer the employee A serves at location X on Monday day but he serves at location Y on Tuesday.

I have embeded a catalog of a category on a page by a shortcode.  When I click on a service, a calendar appears for selection.  Returning link to the category is too small and hard to find.  I simply pressed the "back" button of the browser and it took me to the previous page.  I would worry that my customers would take the same step that might make them feel the interface is not easy to use.

The catalog displays a list of services.  But it does not contain their dates and times that the service will be provided.  The customer has to click the service and proceed to the calendar when the service is provided.  Too many steps that the customers have to take.

I wanted to schedule services to specific dates and times.  Such as, the service A is provided on Monday at 10:00am and the service B is 11:00pm on.  But the service A is provided on Tuesday at 11:00am and the service B is at 12:00pm I have asked this question on the Ticket #1988227.  I was advised to use special days.  In another word, I have to use special days almost every day and that is too much preparation work.

For these issues I noticed, I came up with a decision Amelia is not right tool to provide my services to my customers at this point.  I asked pre-purchase questions and tried lite version of this plugin but it was only limited functions so I could not check all functions until I purchase and try.

I regret to tell Amelia does not meet what I wanted to provide to my customers therefore I will not use this plugin.  Please review my impressions to your plugin, and hopefully you would agree to refund for my purchase.

    Best wishes,

    Hi Ouka1102,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    1. Unfortunately at the moment each employee can only have one location. However, we plan to work on this feature for one of our next updates.

    2. Thank you for this suggestion, we will reconsider changing the Back option for one of the future updates and making it more visible.

    3. You can maybe try our Search shortcode which displays all services for one chosen date? As for the Catalog shortcode, you can only put preselected booking parameters and use multiple shortcodes for each service where the calendar will be shown right away.

    4. If these services has the same schedule each week you don't have to use the special days, you can make a schedule in the Working hours. You can create for Monday period from 10am and assign Service A to it, then create another period from 11am and assign Service B to it. Then you can do similar for Tuesday and your schedule will repeat to each week. The special days are there for creating the specific schedule that occurs just once. (more about creating a schedule you can read here)

If you still want a refund you can submit it on this link: https://codecanyon.net/refund_requests/new.

    Best regards.
