We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I have licenses for gravity forms, wp forms, eforms, wpdatatables and report builder, and I need to create a form builder that can export the results by import a XLS template, and fill data.
I need to integrate any forms with wpdatatables and I need to export them base on XLS template (with repeating fields and header fields).
1. Is the gravity forms integration for WPDatatables efficient to integrate forms with report builder?
2. Can the report builder import XLS template an fill that with one time and repeatable fields?
3. How I export a PDF file from this? Report builder feature?
Hello Fernando.
Thank you for your interest in our plugins.
Sorry for the late response. We have had non-working days in our country due to Easter holiday.
1. The Report Builder can create reports from existing tables, not the forms. So, you would need to create a table from an existing form, and then create a report using Report Builder from that table.
2. You can use Excel Templates and WORD templates to create reports. If you want to display only visible fields in the report, you need to use ${variable} and if you want to pull all data from that column, you need to use ${variable.all} format.
3. Unfortunately creating PDF reports is not possible yet with report builder, but you may want to check-out the WP Advanced PDF plugin. I have seen some users use it.
If I missed a subject anywhere, or you need some more information, please feel free to reach out to me, I'll gladly help.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
