In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We do not feel the pull down arrow is strong enough for people to see.
Is there a way to darken the arrow or make it bolder?
The field for the pulldown needs some default text or it looks empty

i changed some items with custom css but this is a real problem if you can't customize the items

Thank you for the purchase.
You can add the custom CSS directly on the page where you booking form is to customize the options that are not available with the Customize page.
Please provide me screenshots what you want to change and I will give you an example so you can see how you can customize the other things that you need.
