We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    I upgraded wpdatatables to from the WP-admin page 

    // Current version
    //[<-- Full version -->]//
    define('WDT_CURRENT_VERSION', '2.5.1');
    //[<--/ Full version -->]//
    //[<-- Full version insertion #15 -->]//

    Now all tables in wpDataTables will display blank on my screenly but display correctly from a PC browser - Chrome or IE etc. 

    I have reverted back to

    //[<-- Full version insertion #15 -->]//

    I have also tried downloading the current wpdatables from Code-Canyon but had the same results. I suspect a browser compatibility issue between the current version and screenly-ose.

    Thank you for your purchase.

    I am sorry, but we're not familiar with Screenly, and no other users have reported the issue until now, so we haven't had the chance to test it.

    Is the plugin displaying any errors? And, can you please record the screen, so that we can see exactly what happens, when and where; so that we can reproduce it on our end?
