Installed this plugin, and tried to add the short code to a page. But all this thing does is spin and spin and spin. It's been trying to load the page for almost 14 hours now.
You just changed you holiday schedule! You had no holiday showing when I submitted this ticket, on Friday 26th. Now you want to post that Friday and Monday are holidays! WTF.
The notice for the National holidays was displayed on Thursday 25th of April so if you submitted the ticket on Friday that notice was there because the Orthodox Easter starts on Friday.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
No. We will not give you access to our admin portal. Period. If you can't give us instructions for our IT professionals to follow, we expect and demand a full refund. Nothing in your terms required us to give personal access to our sites or servers.
It will be much easier and faster for us if we can take a look at the issue .
I can give you some hints where to look.
1. First check if you made a service and employee, our plugin requires minimum 1 service and 1 employee.
2. Check if the employees are assigned to the services.
3. If the both of the 1 and 2 are ok, then please go to each employee and open their edit tab, do not change any thing just save them once more. ( maybe there is some issue with the cache)
Also please send me the link of the page where you have a booking form so I can take a look.
