Hello,

I want to add HTML code in a email notification (follow up after a service) because I would like to include a Google Form to ask the client about the experience. Is it possible to add this HTML code?

Thank you for your purchase.
Sorry for late response, please note that Easter holiday was in our country.

Unfortunately something like this is not possible at the moment.

We added HTML Support for the Service description and for the Text Content in custom fields but in the notifications this is not possible yet.
