We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi Guys, 

    My question is relayed to cancellation link inn confirmation email. 

    1. In yahoo link is not clickable, client needs to copy and paste it browser to cancel appointment. Can it be fixed? 

    2. Can we have in confirmation email link "cancel" instead of " https://www.50hzphotography.ie/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wpamelia_api&call=/bookings/cancel/65&token=fa58a98514"? Link like this looks a bit ugly ... Maybe something like <a href=" https://www.50hzphotography.ie/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wpamelia_api&call=/bookings/cancel/65&token=fa58a98514">Cancel</a> could work?

    Hi 30Flux,
    Sorry for delayed reply. We had a national holiday these days.

    1. I am not sure why this is happening. Can you please try to hard code (enter manually) any other link in the email notification e.g. www.google.com and see if it will be clickable. So we can check if the issue comes from Amelia or Yahoo side?

    2.  Yes it is possible. Just select the Cancel text in your email notification and then click the  

    3273215068.png button and paste the %appointment_cancel_url% placeholder in the hyperlink.

    Thanks, I could make it work following your instructions. Now it works with yahoo as well.
