I'm looking for a booking system for my new Yoga studio. The requirements for this booking system would be as follows:
Allows booking for classes online.
Allows different pricing options for different classes
Allows different pricing options if someone registers for more than one class. For instance, if someone registers for a wednesday evening class, the price is 20 euros. But if someone registers for 10 wednesday evening classes in advance, the price is 150 euros (or 15E/class).
Alternatively (to point 3), provides a "membership-based" system where members pay a certain amount per month and get 20% discount on all classes.
Allows regular classes as well as special events bookings.
If possible, allows multiple teachers to take bookings (with the payment/percentage of payment going directly into their accounts).
Would Amelia suit my requirements? Alternatively, would a collection of plugins would work? (as in compatibility with other subscription/membership based plugins)
1. Yes, you can allow booking of classes, just you need to know that at the moment we have three booking forms as an option for showing them. You can show them in the Search form, where your clients need to select the date, and then they see all available classes for that date, you can use our Step-by-step Bookingform, where your clients choose a service, and then they see the calendar with available dates and times, or you can show it in the Calendar form where you can show the categories of services, services with pictures and then show the calendar like in the step-by-step booking wizard. You should know that we are currently preparing the Event Booking feature where it will be possible to create classes as events and also set recurring option for them. At the moment, you would need to create employee, set the working hours and assign services to the specific periods of time (for example if you class is from 7 to 8).
2. Yes, each service can have its own price. If you mean on setting the different prices for classes that are in different times of a day than something like this is not possible at the moment. However, there is a workaround with creating multiple employees (if you are the only one) and setting different prices, and then hiding the employee selection from the booking.
3. Unfortunately we don't have this option at the moment. We only have the option for creating coupons and sending the coupon codes in emails that customers can use for the next bookings. However, we plan to work on packages option in the future.
4. Unfortunately we don't have the membership option at the moment.
5. We have special days as an option to set the working hours and services that happens only once, as for the event booking, we are currently working on this feature and it will be available in May.
6. You can create as many employees as you need, but they cannot take the percentage through our plugin. All payments in our plugin go to one payment account, and you can only later pay the percentage directly to your teachers but not with our plugin.
You can try our Lite plugin version with other subscription/membership plugins to see if it works, if yes then our full plugin will work as well.
