We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I'm wondering I can create recurring appointments with Amelia? I'm building a website for a client who teaches harp lessons - her students come weekly and she doesn't want them to have to book each week. She wants to be able to set the appointments to default to weekly unless she or the client cancels them. The payment would also need to recur.

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
Unfortunately we don't have the recurring appointments option at the moment. However, since this feature was one of the most requested ones we have added it in our plan, and we will work on it probably in a month, since we are currently working on the event booking which is a complicated feature and will be a part of one large update. After that we plan to make the front-end booking cabinet for customers, so they can track their appointments more easily and after that we will implement the recurring option.
I don't know if you can wait for so long for this feature but if you are interested I could inform you once we release a version with the recurring appointments feature.
