We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello, I bought Amelia and it is working great. I would like to know if there is a possibility to display a single service in one page from my website and another in another page.
I will offer free demo classes and one is in spanish and the other in english so I want each one of these services to be displayed separately in their respective page.
Once students are happy with our service we want them to go to another page so they can actually purchase the package they want. So we want this separately from the free trial ones.
Is there a possibility to do so?
if so would you tell me how?
thank you
Andres
Hi Andres,
Thank you for your purchase.
Yes you can display one service par page. Depend on your needs you can use:
[ameliabooking service=1]
or
[ameliacatalog service=1]
You can choose which service you need throw classic editor and then clicking on our logo as field after which will be open popup where you can choose which front-end view you need and also which service, or employee or category or location.
You can read more about front-end views in our documentation:
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic
