With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Tuesday, January 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.

Our client needs to have the role of both Employee and Admin. Is this possible, or does she need to create a separate user role using two different email addresses?

Thank you for your purchase.
When you have an Admin role, that is also an Employee role because the Admin can see everything what Employee can see and also a lot of more.
But if you need to split these two roles than maybe the best option is to create two users with different roles and email address.
