Quick question: does anyone else' amelia plugin just "hang" and not load? I've made some changes that I'm trying to review, but the plugin won't load within the staging page that hosts it.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I have the same Problem after updating to Version 1.5.1. it hangs is not loading. It gets stuck and it won't load the next step after selecting the Employee and the service.
Can you please open a new ticket, so we can help you there. This is a ticket of the other user, and he will get notified for each new message, we don't want to disturb him with too many messages.
