Im wondering if there is a way when a customer is scheduling an appointment, to also be prompted to fill out a form with their name number address what they need ect
In our booking form while scheduling an appointment customer fill out his first and last name, email and phone number (these two fields can be optional), and with our custom fields option you can add more fields to this form so your customers can enter their address and whatever you need as an additional information.
