Your system is way more suited to my project, due to the graph functions. With regards the particular link I sent you what I'm trying to do is categorise entries in to one of three outcomes. ( https://feelingamazing.com/surviving-or-thriving/ )
I then want to display a graph with stats on how the entry just submitted compares to other entries.
Im guessing I would need to store the quiz score in a hidden field and then have a PHP function to determine the category to then some how store this with each entry?

I'd very much like to take a look at your setup. Maybe this can be done without PHP functions.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

It is simply not built for add-ons, and it would have to be custom made to be able to show the total score.
It probably can be done with some custom work, but our developers are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't be having the time for custom work in near future.
