Hi I would like to know if you can use placeholders on your landing pages? It would be good to confirm that a booking had been made with the right service and time being selected. Is this possible?

You can use the placeholders in the email notifications.
Go to Amelia settings -> Notifications settings _> show placeholders ( attachment)
You can also do that on our demo sites https://wpamelia.com/demos/
just choose the backend demo.
