We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hello!

    I have create one online shop WordPress website (woocommerce).
    I would also like my website to include a variety of appointments (Personal Trainers, Hairdressers etc).
    I would like to know if your plugin is compatible with my website.

    And if it is compatible, if i can use a variety of languages (English, Greek)

    Hi lltlawservices,

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    This should work because we have option for creating various service types and categories of services. However, you should know that at the moment one tax can be set for all services that are booked through Amelia, and we don't have the option to define different taxes for different services.

    If you have more questions about WooCommerce and our plugin please do not hesitate to ask.

    As for the languages, our plugin is compatible with WMPL but you should know that names of serices, categories, extras, and labels of the custom fields cannot be translated. Also email and SMS notification comes just in English, and they cannot be multi-language at the moment. We plan to work on this for the future updates.
