I believe this question should be turned to that other plugin's team. This is a simple short-code and maybe there are settings in that other plugin where you need to enable them, but I wouldn't know.
We have that in our plugin, under settings, so I'm sure they must have it somewhere as well:
I want to show [wpdatatable id=2] within another plugin.
But I only see [wpdatatable id=2] instead of the table.
What can I do?
