I have set up the cron with wpcrontrol and appointment reminds are sending both sms and email but the appointment follow ups arent sending. Do they use the same cronjob ?
Sorry for the delay i have had some time off. Can you please just see if its anything inside wordpress first and if not i will get the server details from my hosting company
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
We check it in our local environment and it looks like that there is an issue with all other schedule time accept first one(in your case 1h) in option Scheduled After Appointment. Please set this option on 1h for now. It is forward to my development team and it will be fixed in one of the next updates.

Yes you can try anything you like as long as you dont delete anything that is already there

Yes i use cache on my site but have tried litespeed cache, rocket wp & swift all paid plans and it doesnt seem to effect the sending of the emails etc
