We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – AmeliawpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I need the clients address in the booking form.

    1) I go to clients home or business. so I need their address in the booking form along with all the other contact info. Is this possible?

    2) When I start I'm not going to want to use any online payments. That will come a later.  (probably after the first person isn't at the appointment). Can I turn off payments and turn them on later?

    3)Is there any time period where I can say this app is not working for me and I want a refund? I really only need a week to test it. So far all the app's I've tried seem to be very buggy and lack any tech support. All I'm looking for is a calendar that works and is easy for the client to place a booking.

    Hi Milton,

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    1) The address field is not part of the default booking form, but we have option for adding custom fields to the booking form so you can add field where your customers will enter the address. The data from custom fields is saved in the appointment info.

    2) We have option for On-site payment, so you can use this. Once you decide to begin with the online payments you can just turn one of the online payment methods in the Payment Settings and from that point each customer that tries to book will have online payment option to finish the booking.

    3) Yes, we have 15 days money back guarantee so you can purchase the plugin and try it.
